Guide

Turn an awarded contract into a financeable execution plan.

Finance the execution, not only the contract value

A signed award is the starting evidence. The financier also needs a workable project budget, delivery capability, cash-flow schedule and repayment path.

  • Separate mobilisation, supplier, labour and operating costs.
  • Map milestones, claims and expected collection dates.
  • Explain existing facilities, bonds, retention and project risks.

The awarder and payment route matter

Government, GLC, MNC and corporate contracts can have different documentation, assignment, verification and payment processes.

  • Confirm the contracting entity and signed terms.
  • Prepare the LOA, contract, PO and claim structure.
  • Check whether proceeds can be assigned or controlled.
FAQ

Common questions.

Is a Letter of Award enough for approval?

No. Providers also assess the contractor, budget, execution risk, awarder, payment terms, documents and repayment structure.

Can a first-time contractor apply?

Possibly, but provider appetite and required support depend on the project and company evidence.

Let's build measurable value.
